Children’s Day Celebration

This November was truly special for our students, marked by a vibrant Children’s Day celebration, visits to our centers from both international and local guests, and exciting excursions and outings that broadened their horizons. Alongside these memorable experiences, the children engaged in rich academic activities, making the month a perfect blend of fun, learning, and discovery. Altogether, it was a well‑rounded journey that nurtured joy, curiosity, and growth for every child.

The Children’s Day program was a truly memorable event, held in a big auditorium with many distinguished guests, both international and local. Ms. Praveena Yagnambhat, Chief of Staff and CSR Head, Boeing India and South Asia graced the occasion as our chief guest. The stage came alive with wonderful performances by our students—from energetic cultural dances by the older Project +10 group to the sweet and charming acts of the younger children, who dressed as flowers and delighted the audience with their graceful moves.

Adding depth to the celebration, beneficiaries of our education programs shared heartfelt testimonies, reminding everyone of the impact of learning and sponsorship. The day concluded with a special lunch sponsored by Marriott hotel, where a delicious meal was served to all. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Shishu Mandir for generously providing their auditorium for the program. Overall, it was a beautiful and joyous celebration, filled with talent, gratitude, and togetherness.

On the 14th of November, we celebrated Children’s Day in all of our centers. The children arrived in colorful attire. The school was adorned with vibrant balloons and streamers. The children enjoyed the day with various games and activities organized by the teachers. A special lunch was served to the children.

Kannada Rajyotsava Celebrations

Our students joyfully celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava with a series of creative and cultural activities. The day began with a heartfelt speech by our K5 students, honoring Karnataka’s rich heritage. The children were served a traditional breakfast of Bisibelebath, a special delicacy for the occasion, which added a delightful flavor to the event.
Each class contributed their own artistic expression:
•     K3 students crafted paper collages on the Karnataka map.
•     K4 students colored the state flag in vibrant red and yellow.
•     K5 students created fingerprint art in the same colors on the Karnataka map.
The celebration was a beautiful blend of learning, creativity, and pride, leaving the children with lasting memories of Karnataka’s culture and traditions.

Dionisia has used them also to motivate several students that are truly unmanageable. She tells them they can only have the geoboard if they pay attention to the flashcards and exercises, and it has helped!

The children enjoyed exploring the stalls, tasting delicious food, and spending cheerful moments in the play zone. It was a joyful and educational trip that deepened their appreciation of India’s cultural diversity.

At the grand opening of the brand-new Barbecue Nation outlet, our children absolutely stole the spotlight. They were invited as the guests of honor to cut the ribbon for the opening of the outlet  They had fun activities—from lively dances with traditional Indian dholak beats to enjoying some delicious treats. It was a day where the kids truly became the stars, and they had an absolute blast celebrating the opening.
